The Founding Lead, Strategic Sales will oversee enterprise sales cycles, develop relationships, influence pricing, and build a sales playbook for the company.
The summary above was generated by AI

As our Founding Lead, Strategic Sales, you’ll own Superpower’s first enterprise and consultant-led deals. This role is both hunter and architect: closing six- and seven-figure enterprise opportunities while building the tools, relationships, and frameworks to scale.

You’ll partner directly with leadership to shape pricing and packaging, build influence with consultants and brokers, and act as the voice of the customer back to Product. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and help define the sales motion for a company on track to transform healthcare.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — for enterprise and consultant-led opportunities.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, HR leaders, consultants, and brokers.

  • Leverage your network to accelerate pipeline development.

  • Shape pricing, packaging, and objection-handling tools with leadership.

  • Develop the sales playbook, ROI frameworks, and enablement tools for future scaling.

  • Partner with Marketing and Outbound to generate qualified demand.

Who You Are
  • 7–10+ years in enterprise sales or consultant-led benefits ecosystem.

  • Proven record of closing $500K+ ACV enterprise deals.

  • Strong, trusted relationships across the benefits ecosystem.

  • Consultative seller able to align and influence executive stakeholders.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and category creation; strong storytelling skills.

  • Bonus: early-stage startup or category-defining company experience.

Why Join Us

This is a founder-track role — you’ll shape not only Superpower’s revenue engine but also its category in the market. You’ll work closely with leadership, have direct impact on our trajectory, and play a defining role in building a company set on reshaping health for millions.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
