About Endgame 🌎

The best sales relationships are built on insight, speed, and trust.

At Endgame, we’re building the intelligence layer that makes that possible—transforming the unstructured mess of CRM, calls, Slack, and enablement data into clear, actionable context for every deal and every conversation.

This isn’t another AI experiment. It’s the operating system for how modern revenue teams work: shared awareness, instant access to knowledge, and a faster path to outcomes.

Backed by world-class investors and built by a team obsessed with elegant systems and measurable impact, we’re redefining how go-to-market teams think, decide, and execute.

Your Mission 🚀

We are hiring our Founding Product Marketer to shape how the world sees Endgame. You will work with the CEO to define and execute the messaging and content that drive awareness, trust, and adoption. Working directly with our leadership team, you will be instrumental in developing positioning strategy, crafting compelling narratives, creating standout content, leading product launches, and establishing a voice that cuts through the noise.

If you are excited about building a brand from the ground up and playing a key role in defining a new category, we’d love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities 🗓
  • Craft our story – Partner with the CEO and COO to define the Endgame narrative and translate it into powerful messaging across channels.

  • Define our positioning and strategy – Own and evolve our messaging architecture, ensuring it’s grounded in customer insight, competitive differentiation, and market trends.

  • Build a strategic content engine – Own the content calendar and lead the creation of blog posts, newsletters, product updates, and customer stories.

  • Create credible, resonant thought leadership – Interview top sales leaders and translate those insights into content that builds our brand and grows our audience.

  • Amplify our presence on LinkedIn – Drive our strategy for organic growth and thought leadership, and help establish our execs as go-to voices in the space.

  • Enable our GTM motion – Partner with sales to develop and test messaging with real-world feedback loops. Use those insights to refine our competitive positioning and sales narratives.

Our Ideal Candidate🏅
  • You balance narrative and nuance – You have created messaging frameworks that align cross-functional teams and evolved them as the market and product changed.

  • You thrive in ambiguity – You have built things from scratch, worn multiple hats, and helped define what “good” looks like, partnering directly with founders.

  • You know what resonates – You understand sales teams, know how to speak their language, and can translate technical product features into real-world value.

  • You’re collaborative and scrappy – You move quickly, communicate clearly, and work well with cross-functional partners, from founders to designers to AEs.

  • Bonus points if you have experience at an early-stage AI, ML company growing an audience or community around its brand

Benefits 🏆
  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexible time off

  • Paid parental leave

  • Education stipend

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
