ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Founding Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the technical development of our next-generation enterprise platform. This pivotal role will shape the architecture and implementation of our agentic AI solutions, with a strong focus on intelligent automation and deep API integrations with LLMs.

You’ll help define and execute our enterprise product roadmap across high-impact verticals like field sales and healthcare. Working closely with globally distributed teams in product, research, hardware, and go-to-market, you’ll transform early-stage ideas into production-ready solutions that solve real-world problems.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

You’re a seasoned full stack engineer with a strong track record of bringing enterprise products from zero to one. You’ve not only delivered as an individual contributor but have also built and led small, agile teams through fast-paced development cycles.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the full technical development of our enterprise services roadmap -- driving strategic execution that aligns both with customer needs and company-wide priorities.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of our agentic enterprise platform, from initial design through to production launch, setting clear objectives that ensure product-market fit and scalability.

• Architect and implement robust automation pipelines and API integrations that elevate user experience -- while upholding strict standards for data security, privacy, and system reliability.

• Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into our platform to continuously expand its capabilities.

• Translate complex technical strategies into actionable plans and communicate progress clearly to executives, collaborators, and non-technical stakeholders.

• Build and lead a top-performing engineering team -- recruiting talent, mentoring individuals, and cultivating a builder’s mindset focused on innovation and ownership.

• Bridge teams across geographies, fostering smooth cross-functional collaboration between US-based and global contributors to accelerate development.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Hands on builder: 5+ years of experience in professional full-stack software development, ideally in building and scaling enterprise solutions.

• Our tech stack: Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or similar technology. 

• Frontend skills foundation: Possess development skills for Vue/React, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Canvas API/WebGL/GLSL.

• Infrastructure: Familiar with cloud-based infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Proven track record: Experience envisioning and delivering an effectively zero to one product to enterprise customers.

• Passionate about AI: A deep understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications.

• Technical depth: Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of technologies with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and languages.

• Ownership: Ideal candidate will have previously been the first technical lead at an early stage high growth startup, with an emphasis on owning a project from conception to deployment.

• Inspirational vision: Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach.

• Structured thinker: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Academic achievement: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline).

GREAT TO HAVE

• Interested in agentic enterprise software, SaaS, AI, and LLMs.

• Solid understanding of core application security concepts and threat mitigation strategies.

• Experience with FFmpeg/WebRTC/WebAudio.

• Proficiency in mobile development technologies, including Flutter, Android, iOS, and others.

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

• Experience managing or collaborating with international teams.
