What you'll do...
- Analyze performance trends and generate insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and board/investor presentations.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Deliver additional ad hoc reporting, as needed.
Requirements
What you offer us...
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- 2-4 years of FP&A experience in a finance related field.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key performance indicators.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills, required.
- Experience with financial systems and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Mosaic, Salesforce).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $75,000 - $95,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
