Being sick or injured is painful. Getting better shouldn’t be.

Most industries have been transformed by new technology. Healthcare is still waiting — and you can help change that.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: make healthcare accessible, transparent, and effortless for all. We put the consumer at the center, move fast and partner with forward-thinking providers to deliver software that makes care better, faster, and more human. This is work with real-world stakes — and you can help lead the way.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst to own core financial modeling, revenue and billing reconciliations, and ongoing performance analysis across the business. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, Revenue, and Product, with real ownership over ensuring our numbers are accurate, explainable, and actionable.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining models, validating revenue flows, partnering with operators, and providing clear financial insight that helps leadership make better decisions. If you enjoy digging into details, building structure where it doesn’t exist, and turning messy data into clarity — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Revenue and Contracting:
    • Partner with Finance and Revenue teams to support revenue tracking, forecasting, and analysis
    • Ensure contracting process aligns revenue, billing and collections expectations
FP&A & Financial Modeling
    • Build and maintain a Vendor Spend Model, incorporating both actuals and forward-looking FP&A assumptions
    • Own and maintain an Allocated P&L, ensuring costs and revenue are appropriately categorized and understood
    • Lead COGS Analysis to improve understanding of unit economics and margin performance
    • Support ad hoc financial analysis for leadership, finance, and cross functional partners
Business & Product Performance
    • Maintain regular "eyes on" product and business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities early
    • Translate financial data into clear insights that help teams understand what's working, what's not and why.
Reconciliations
    • Strong 3-statement financial understanding, used to support accounting in reconciling:
      • Validate that all CRM customers (Salesforce) and contracts are billed (Campfire) accurately and completely
      • Ensure reported MRR aligns with P&L and expected revenue performance
      • Bill Pay + Corporate Card system (Ramp) to Accounting (Campfire)

You'll be great for this role if you

  • Have 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accoutning, analytics or a related field
  • Are highly comfortable in Sheets and new systems and enjoy building and maintaining financial models
  • Have experience working with subscription revenue, MRR, billing systems, or payment platforms (Stripe experience is a plus)
  • Are comfortable leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and surface insights faster — and are curious about how AI can make financial workflows smarter
  • Are oriented and care deeply about data accuracy and reconciliation
  • Can explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance partners
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally and taking ownership of ambiguous problems
  • Are proactive -- you don't just report issues, you help solve them

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
