We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership team. This is a part-time advisory role focused on financial oversight, tax planning, and risk management rather than day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on financial strategy and planning

  • Review accounting and financial reporting processes

  • Provide guidance on U.S. tax planning and tax exposure

  • Identify financial and compliance risks

  • Support M&A, corporate structuring, and due diligence activities as needed

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on finance-related matters

Qualifications
  • CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership experience

  • Strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation
  • US Edtech experience mandatory
  • Experience working with growth-stage businesses, private equity-backed companies, or acquisitions preferred

  • CPA preferred

  • Strong understanding of U.S. tax and financial compliance requirements
