- Define and own high-level marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for global reach.
- Build and optimize acquisition funnels to attract, engage, and convert senior professionals.
- Lead brand and content strategy to elevate visibility across digital and thought-leadership channels.
- Design performance metrics and dashboards to measure marketing ROI and drive continuous improvement.
- Coach and collaborate with cross-functional partners and external consultants to scale initiatives.
- Represent LiveHappy Initiative credibly in industry forums and peer groups.
RequirementsWhat success looks like (first 6–12 months)
- Clear, documented marketing strategy and roadmap aligned to revenue and growth goals.
- Measurable lift in qualified inbound leads to conversion rate.
- Launch of at least one scalable acquisition channel with demonstrable ROI.
- Strong external positioning: events, content placements, or partnerships that raise brand credibility.
- 10+ years in senior marketing leadership (CMO, VP, Head of Marketing, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
- Deep experience with digital acquisition, content/brand strategy, and performance analytics.
- Comfortable working in a flexible, performance-based engagement model.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder; experienced working with senior peers.
- No cold calling required — role focuses on strategic leadership and high-value outreach.
