The Graphics Designer creates graphics and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite for various reports and projects, ensuring visual appeal and communication effectiveness.

The Graphics Designer is primarily responsible for defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including illustrations, layouts, and photos, using Adobe Creative Suite. Expected to shape the visual aspects of annual reports, proxy statements, sustainability reports, and internal projects. Graphics should capture the attention of those who view them and convey the intended message. It should have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/ Multimedia Arts or equivalent work experience
- Proven graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other design
- Proficient with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with design techniques
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Planning and Workload management
- Experience in publishing and creating designs of financial documents is an advantage
