This role is critical to our operations, filled with responsibilities that aim to ensure our customers continuously enjoy services performing at utmost efficiency. You'll be part of the MS team, responsible to lead the fault management team.
What you will do:
- Ensure that all alarms are reported within the proper escalation matrix and within the agreed SLAs.
- Ensure all processes, OPIs & OLAs are followed.
- Ensure all SLAs and KPIs for the function are met.
- Internal & external customer engagement.
- Create and implement new ways of working that are measurable and reflect with improvement on business.
- Manage individual performance management of the team members through setting individual goals, following up on corrective/improvement action plans, providing feedbacks and coaching.
What you will bring:
- BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Good knowledge in 2G/3G/LTE/IMS/EPC/VAS network architecture.
- Good command of English (writing & speaking).
- Proficient in using Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Leadership skills and ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Team work and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Accountability.
- Good understanding of customer needs and stakeholder management skills.
