Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Fullstack Developer with a backend focus, you'll contribute to a high-impact business platform. Working within a collaborative team, you'll implement backend services, integrate systems, and build full-stack features using modern technologies. You'll work closely with engineering teams across the organization, taking the initiative to solve complex problems using available resources. This role offers cutting-edge technology exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful contribution to a widely used enterprise platform.
 

Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US; Client location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay Range: $65/hr to $74/hr

Responsibilities:

• Implement backend services and system integrations
• Build full-stack features using React and Python
• Collaborate across engineering teams to leverage existing services
• Take initiative on creative problem-solving approaches
• Maintain code quality and system performance

• 4+ years full-stack experience with a backend focus
• Proficient in Python, React, TypeScript, and gRPC
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Experience with build systems and static type checking
• Driven problem solver who works well independently and with strong initiative

• Experience with enterprise software or business application development
• Background in performance optimization and scalability challenges
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
• Experience with Bazel build system and Python type checking with Mypy
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization
