Responsibilities
Design and implement new backend features utilizing Go, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborate in a fast-paced, startup environment, driving innovation and leaving a lasting impact on the company's growth.
Take ownership of your projects, contributing decisively to the company's success.
Engage with a talented team passionate about developing cutting-edge AI solutions.
Develop and implement new user-facing features using React.js (optional).
Qualifications
Proficiency in Go, with emphasis on data pipelines and/or RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and EKS for deployment and management.
Understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Experience implementing and working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), demonstrating a solid grasp of database principles.
Knowledge of user authentication and authorization across multiple systems, servers, and environments.
Understanding of fundamental design principles for scalable applications.
Strong unit test and debugging skills.
Familiarity with Git for version control and repository management.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing and maintenance of code changes.
Understanding of React.js and modern front-end build pipelines and tools (optional).
Preferred
Strong interest in learning about artificial intelligence and building AI systems for the enterprise
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of experience in software development, with emphasis on backend development
2+ years of experience with Go and AWS (or similar cloud provider)
2+ years of experience with React.js (optional)
