Full Stack Software Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our next-generation applications. This position requires a strong focus on both back-end and front-end development, working with our core stack to deliver performant and scalable solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable back-end services.
• Build responsive and intuitive front-end user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Maintain and improve the performance, quality, and responsiveness of existing applications.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• On call rotation

• Proven professional experience with NodeJS for back-end development.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically Couchbase.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Required cloud deployment experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), but AWS or Azure experience is also acceptable.

Ideal & Preferred Skills:

• Strong experience with our current stack: NestJS (for back-end) and Vue (for front-end).
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with conversational AI/large language models; Claude.
• Experience with internationalization, localization, and accessibility.

Will be expected to use:

• Programming Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript (NodeJS)
• Back-end Framework: NestJS
• Front-end Framework: Vue
• Database: Couchbase
• Version Control: GitLab
• Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes (or similar cloud deployment tools)
• Collaboration: Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence

The salary range for this role will be between $120,000 to $135,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications.
