In This Role

In this role, you will design, develop, and coordinate delivery of business-critical applications within an enterprise cloud environment. You will work across backend and frontend systems using C#, Azure, JavaScript, and TypeScript, while contributing to AI-driven solutions built with a strong emphasis on security and Responsible AI practices. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and IT leadership to define technical approaches, defend scoping decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery under deadline pressure. This role directly supports platforms that drive organizational revenue and enable global nonprofit engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall design and development of enterprise business applications

• Build and enhance backend services using C# and .NET technologies

• Develop modern frontend experiences using JavaScript and TypeScript

• Design and deploy solutions within Azure cloud environments

• Participate in architectural discussions and defend technical decisions to engineering and IT leadership

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver features under tight sprint timelines

• Implement secure coding practices and contribute to security-related engineering tasks

• Support AI-enabled solutions while ensuring alignment with Responsible AI standards

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution

• Contribute to CI/CD processes and ensure reliable cloud deployments

• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders


Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience

• 3+ years of hands-on Azure experience

• 3+ years of experience with C# and .NET technologies

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript

• Experience designing and developing full-stack enterprise applications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Demonstrated experience contributing to security-related tasks

• Ability to communicate technical standards and defend design decisions

• Experience working under deadline pressure

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience prioritized over degree)


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-enabled or ML-assisted solutions

• Familiarity with Responsible AI or secure AI implementation practices

• Experience designing scalable Azure-based architectures

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment automation

• Exposure to revenue-impacting or customer-facing platforms

• Experience working in hybrid collaborative environments

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and security review processes

• Experience supporting nonprofit or philanthropic technology initiatives

Salary Range

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $48.08 to $52.88 per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
