Now, we’re growing—and looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team!
What You Will Do
- Own special projects from C-suite: Build executive-facing dashboards, analytics interfaces, proof-of-concepts, and internal tools that support strategic business decisions (2-3 week turnarounds)
- Lead full-stack development: Architect and develop features across our React/Redux/TypeScript front-end and .NET/C# backend
- Modernize legacy systems: Refactor aging front-end code to improve performance, maintainability, and user experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, design, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver impactful features
- Own the full lifecycle: Take projects from initial requirements through architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Balance dual priorities: Context-switch effectively between rapid special projects and disciplined platform development
Tech Stack
- Front-End: React 18, Redux Toolkit, TypeScript | Modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 | Chart.js, D3.js for data visualization| NPM, component libraries
- Back-End:.NET 6+ / C# | PostgreSQL |REST API design
- Infrastructure: AWS (Amplify, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, EC2) | Docker| GitHub Actions (CI/CD) | Datadog (monitoring)| ClickHouse (analytics)
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 2+ years building production-grade applications with React, Redux, and TypeScript
- Experience with backend systems: Working knowledge of .NET/C# and PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases)
- Strong full-stack fundamentals: Modern JavaScript, front-end architecture, state management, API design, database modeling
- Self-directed and autonomous: Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills: Can translate between technical and business stakeholders, present to executives, and gather requirements diplomatically
- Bias toward action: Ship MVPs quickly while maintaining code quality; pragmatic about trade-offs between speed and perfection
Bonus Points If You Have
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts
- React Native or mobile development experience
- AWS experience (Amplify, Lambda, S3, CloudFront)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Background in AdTech, MarTech, or AI/ML product development
- Contributions to open-source projects or published NPM packages
- Understanding of ClickHouse, Redshift, or other OLAP databases
- Experience working directly with C-suite or senior leadership

Location & Compensation
- Location: Bellevue (hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
- Salary: $140,000-$170,000 Base Salary + Equity
