Functional Analyst – LCOM Systems
Overview
Inabia Solutions and Consulting is hiring a Functional Analyst to support Amazon Kuiper’s LCOM platforms, focusing on business process alignment, system validation, and operational readiness. This role is ideal for someone who excels at understanding complex workflows and ensuring systems meet real-world business needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes across order management, billing, and fulfillment
- Translate functional requirements into system use cases and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering and QA teams to validate system behavior
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
- Document functional workflows, data dependencies, and system behaviors
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes
- Experience supporting UAT and system validation efforts
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with eCommerce, telecom, or subscription-based platforms
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
- Employment Type: W2 - Long-term engagement

- Pay Rate - $55.00 - $65.00 per hr.
