Fuuz (MES) Development Architect
A Product Development Architect will play a critical role in supporting the Product Development Manager in designing the future state of all current and new intellectual property (IP). You will mentor development staff in areas of technical career growth, evaluate new conceptual ideas for our IP roadmap, and lead or guide development efforts. You’ll also collaborate with PreSales and other teams to support software demonstrations and new IP sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide insights during roadmap discussions for future IP.
- Lead development initiatives and mentor junior developers.
- Lead architectural discussions for complex projects.
- Become a subject matter expert in current technology, including but not limited to:
- Fuuz
- Jsonata
- GraphQL
- Lead client discussions and offer solutions.
- Execute solution demonstrations involving Fuuz and other IP.
- Support multiple concurrent development projects.
- Deliver exceptional customer support experiences.
- Respond to requests for information and assist with proposal creation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Partner with service delivery teams to ensure effective requirements/design knowledge transfer after sale.
- Participate in meetings and regular communication with clients and colleagues.
- Cultivate further subject matter expertise through ongoing learning opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of software development experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proven expertise in integration solutions and business processes from both a technical and functional perspective.
- Ability to execute customer-facing software demonstrations.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to engage C-level and operations personnel about ERP system requirements.
- Professional demeanor and strong relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
- A strong desire to learn and openness to feedback.
- Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally and provide training and mentoring.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Well-organized with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and high standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software development, project management, and/or computer information systems.
- Background in consulting, training, or conducting software demonstrations.
