Job Description

As a Gaming Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and executing a comprehensive product strategy for the North American gaming market.

You will be tasked with the strategic direction, development, and execution of gaming products. This role focuses on creating a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company objectives, market opportunities, and financial targets. The manager will evaluate game providers and collaborate with internal teams to develop suitable games while monitoring the financial performance of the gaming division.

You will work closely with senior leadership and global product teams, build partnerships with external stakeholders, and ensure effective product marketing. The manager will leverage insights to enhance player engagement and retention while fostering a sense of community. You will promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning, ensuring all gaming product features and activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management, strategy, and delivery within the gaming or a related digital entertainment industry.
  • Deep understanding of the North American digital and land-based casino markets, including industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage delivery timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • A strategic mindset with an eye for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • A thorough understanding of player experience principles and how to drive engagement and retention.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and how to effectively promote digital products.

  • Partnering with marketing teams to ensure effective promotion of games across all North American markets, tailoring strategies to local player preferences and optimizing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Provide clear objectives, regular feedback, and support for professional development.
  • Upholding the highest standards of compliance, ensuring all gaming product features meet legal and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
