Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to gather business and technical requirements through workshops, white-board sessions, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Design and prototype scalable, secure, cost-optimized solutions aligned to customer objectives and industry best practices.
- Support the creation of Statements of Work (SOW), effort estimates, and high-level project plans team structure
- Deliver hands-on technical presentations, working demos, and proofs-of-concept that clearly articulate value and ROI.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop win strategies, deal pricing, and proposal content.
- Maintain deep practical knowledge of modern and cutting edge services, marketplace solutions with a focus on open source GenAI frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as MLOps, AIOps
- Familiarity with GenAI Platform Frameworks and Open Source GenAI Stack Patterns
- Familiarity with Hyperscaler & Enterprise GenAI reference architecture
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to internal teams on emerging GenAI capabilities.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on architecture or engineering experience with Cloud services across compute, storage, networking, and security.
- 5+ years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing consulting role.
- Proven track record designing, building and scoping multi-tier solutions for enterprise workloads utilizing GenAI and Cloud providers
- Expertise creating Statements of Work, level-of-effort estimates, and migration roadmaps.
- Strong presentation and white-boarding skills with C-level and technical audiences.
- Background and experience working in the context of a Presales environment with direct involvement in GenAI proof-of-concepts or solution building
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools, including use of RAG-based solutions and open sources GenAI tools and LLMs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must Have Skills:
- Experience developing, customizing or integrating solutions using GenAI tools/concepts. e.g LangChain, vector DBs, custom LLM deployment, prompt engineering, fine tuning
- Managed Services Solutions in possibly (Oracle, ServiceNow, Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Experience designing and developing solution using GenAI tools/concepts and open sources
- Experience conducting technology maturity assessments with different stakeholders
- Exposure to at least one of the following verticals FinServ, Healthcare, Travel & Leisure
- Background in modern application architectures (microservices, serverless, event-driven)
Nice to Have:
- Multi-cloud exposure
- Experience leading proof-of-concepts.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Jira and other project plan tools
- Published blogs, whitepapers, or conference talks on cloud architecture topics
- Be able to support the different practices by extending and sharing knowledge
