Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Lead to spearhead cutting-edge development projects in the field of Generative AI. This role involves leveraging advanced AI models, cloud technologies, and agile practices to deliver innovative solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and high-performing AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead GenAI Development: Drive the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as Amazon Bedrock, AWS Bedrock Agents, and LangChain/LangGraph.
  • Build CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild, and GitHub Actions.
  • Oversee Full-Stack Infrastructure: Manage full-stack development efforts with a strong focus on observability, system reliability, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement AI Governance: Establish AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of AI technologies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define project goals, technical requirements, and success metrics.
  • Agile Project Delivery: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project workflows, sprint planning, and deliver high-quality results efficiently.
  • Drive AI Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and incorporate new AWS innovations into project strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
Mandatory
  • Generative AI Frameworks: Deep proficiency in Generative AI, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain/LangGraph, and LlamaIndex (or similar orchestration frameworks).
  • Backend Mastery: Strong expertise in Python development, Full Stack architectures, and FastAPI.
  • AWS Cloud Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud solutions, specifically Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL.
  • DevOps & Containers: Production experience with containers (Docker), container orchestration (Amazon ECS/EKS), and AWS DevOps tools.
  • Observability & Monitoring: Solid knowledge of AI observability tools and techniques (e.g., Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, Arize, or TruLens) to ensure reliable performance.
  • AI Governance: Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI practices (e.g., Guardrails for Amazon Bedrock).
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in roles involving advanced AI and software development.
Preferred
  • Multi-Cloud Exposure: Experience with additional cloud providers such as Azure or GCP.
  • Frontend Basics: Familiarity with modern frontend technologies like React.
  • Leadership: Proven ability in stakeholder management, mentoring engineers, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • AI Assistance: Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Amazon Q Developer or GitHub Copilot.
  • Model Expertise: Familiarity with advanced LLMs such as Anthropic Claude, Amazon Titan, and Meta Llama.
