Are you ready to make an impact in the dynamic world of credit trading? As a Credit Trader on the EMEA Credit Solutions Trading Desk, you will engage with salespeople, structuring, and risk functions to provide liquidity in off-the-run and structured corporate bonds.
As a Credit Trader on the EMEA Credit Solutions Trading Desk, you will focus on providing liquidity to clients in off-the-run and structured corporate bonds. Your role involves engaging with salespeople, structuring, and risk functions, leveraging your understanding of credit and rates risks to drive innovative solutions. You will be part of a leading market maker in European corporate bonds, contributing to the success of our franchise.

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with salespeople, structuring, and risk functions to provide liquidity to clients in off-the-run and structured corporate bonds.
- Collaborate with traders, salespeople, and research analysts to generate ideas and make secondary markets.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Exposure to trading desks required, preferably within the Fixed Income Markets universe.
- Understanding of how to price and manage credit and rates risks.
- Good understanding of the fixed income universe product set, with a preference for candidates with prior experience pricing and modeling structured payoffs.
- Strong understanding of corporate financials and ability to perform and present concise credit analysis.
- Organized, numerical, and team player with great communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
