The Digital Marketing Operations Team at IDEXX seeks a curious, capable, and detail-oriented global digital marketing specialist to help bring our digital campaigns to life for our worldwide audience of veterinary customers.

Why this role matters:

As one of our Global Email Marketing Specialists, you will be a key contributor to an innovative and entrepreneurial team in the Digital Marketing department at IDEXX. You will collaborate extensively with your peers in digital marketing to build digital marketing campaign assets, including emails, forms
and landing pages.

In this role?
• You will provide implementation of optimized email campaigns using templated assets within our demand generation platforms, including audience segmentation and email deployment.
• You will build email journeys for multiple countries, and in multiple languages, under guidance of the Senior Email Specialist and the Email Production Lead.
• You will support the build of campaigns, forms and automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
• You will manage your projects in an organized and timely manner.
• You will communicate effectively with colleagues and work in a collaborative hybrid environment.
• You will contribute to Quality Assurance tasks.

What you need to succeed:
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ideally MailChimp, Pardot or FormTitan.
• Experience with email marketing best practices.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving team and seek support on projects when relevant.
• Ability to gain confidence and trust in others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
