As the Global Employer Brand Manager  at monday.com, you'll create and implement an employer brand strategy aligned with our mission and values. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll amplify our culture and attract top talent, while strengthening our reputation as an employer of choice.


About The Role
  • Design and execute a global employer branding strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Define and articulate our employer brand value proposition (EVP) across all touchpoint
  • Work closely with Marketing, Communications, HR, and IT teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Produce engaging marketing content (copy, videos, social media posts) for platforms like LinkedIn Life, Instagram, Glassdoor, and more.
  • Manage employer brand social media across all platforms, driving content creation and engagement.
  • Own external communications through organic and paid social media, email campaigns, and event promotions.
  • Develop global employee brand ambassador communities to advocate for our inclusive and diverse workplace.
  • Optimize careers pages and digital assets to improve candidate engagement.
  • Lead branding Events for hiring events, university programs, and talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Support DEI initiatives with campaigns that promote an inclusive work environment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, talent acquisition marketing, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute global branding strategies.
  • Creative storyteller with expertise in developing engaging employer brand materials.
  • Strong project and time management skills; highly organized and resourceful.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for building engaging and inclusive work environments.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $170,000 - $190,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
