How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead strategic IT infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define scope, requirements, and solutions.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
  • Monitor progress and ensure governance across all phases.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment.
  • Drive successful outcomes in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in formal IT infrastructure project management (PMO).
  • Proven success delivering IT projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Deep understanding of Waterfall methodologies with Agile execution capabilities.
  • PMP Certification required.
  • Network and industrial construction experience a plus.
  • 10% travel required
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States. This role will not provide sponsorship currently or in the future.
  • Candidate must live Eastern Standard Time (EST) in the United States of America
