With a rapidly expanding global data center footprint, CoreWeave is consistently recognized for innovation and industry leadership.

About the role:

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Global Logistics Contract Manager to lead and optimize CoreWeave’s global logistics contract portfolio. In this role, you will design, negotiate, and manage contracts with logistics providers, 3PLs, and other key partners to support our rapidly expanding global footprint. You’ll ensure compliance, scalability, and cost efficiency across regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), while enabling modular, agile logistics operations aligned with top-tier hyperscaler standards. Partnering closely with legal, compliance, and operations, you’ll be the functional expert driving consistency and excellence in global logistics contracting.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing logistics contracts, transportation or warehousing procurement, or third-party logistics (3PL) agreements at a global level.
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and vendor performance management with logistics, 3PL, and transportation providers.
  • Strong understanding of logistics compliance standards, international trade regulations, and best practices across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, manage, and optimize logistics contracts to support scalability and agility in a global organization.
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems and ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred), as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; able to interpret KPIs and contract performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred:

  • Experience working within a high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, or technology-focused organization.
  • Background in building modular, scalable global logistics networks or organizational frameworks.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking and implementing logistics contract best practices from hyperscaler environments (e.g., AWS, Google, Meta, NVIDIA).
  • Experience mentoring or developing junior logistics or contract management team members.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

  • You love building structure and efficiency into complex, fast-moving global logistics operations.
  • You’re curious about how contract design, data analytics, and regional logistics networks intersect to drive performance at scale.
  • You’re an expert in transforming contract frameworks into operational excellence — ensuring compliance, scalability, and speed without compromise.

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
