Job Summary:

Defines the global vision, frameworks, and governance for solution development, architecture and delivery. Oversees and provides strategic leadership for large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that technology solutions are fully integrated, compliant, and aligned with business strategy. Drives the development of organizational capability, promote innovation and reusability, and ensure that solution design practices enable operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversees design and development of large-scale or cross-functional solutions, systems of solutions, or initiatives to deliver integrated enterprise capabilities that optimize business processes and deliver efficiency and value. Oversees complex transformation initiatives, ensuring business and technology integration delivers measurable value and competitive advantage. Provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide business process integration and optimization initiatives. Partners with executive stakeholders to align optimization strategies with long-term business transformation goals. Defines organizational policy for build-versus-buy decisions and ensures alignment with business transformation and innovation strategies. Oversees global solution evaluation practices, ensuring investments deliver measurable value and technical fit. Partners with executives in software, systems, and security functions to align interoperability and integration strategies with enterprise technology and business objectives and ensure architectural alignment, cybersecurity, regulatory adherence, and continuous process maturity. Partners with executive stakeholders to align delivery excellence with business transformation goals and technology strategy. Develops programs that institutionalize subject matter expertise, mentorship, and cross-domain collaboration. Responsible for team financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting. Responsible for people management including work plan development, performance management, and people development. Responsible for team building and development including organization structure, recruiting, global team management. Modern Development Practices - Applies modern engineering practices and tools—such as Agile/DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code—to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and reduce risk across the SDLC. Solution Design - Translate business requirements into integrated designs, architectures, patterns, and system interactions that deliver customer value and align with enterprise standards and subject-matter platforms. Demonstrating Mastery - Maintains essential knowledge and proficiency in relevant domains, tools, technologies, methodologies, or frameworks through targeted credentials and rigorous proficiency, future-proofing organizational skills against strategic needs.
