About the Role:

The Global Program Manager, Field Enablement will be responsible for assisting with developing, implementing, and managing recurring enablement programs that help equip field teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively represent CrowdStrike solutions to customers. This role will partner with regional directors to foster a culture of learning and growth across our global sales teams at CrowdStrike.  The successful candidate will lean on their own experience to understand field challenges, create relevant enablement materials that address real-world customer objections, and help implement and design programs that accelerate the sales cycle.

This role will be remote.

What You’ll Do:

Design and support comprehensive enablement programs that accelerate field productivity and sales readiness 

  • Partner alongside Revenue Enablement Directors to assist in creation of structured learning sessions and content for different field roles and experience levels 

  • Work to establish metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and field readiness

  • Continuously iterate programs based on feedback and performance data 

  • Align enablement initiatives with strategic business objectives, as determined by stakeholders

  • Support build and monitoring of sales certification processes.

  • Organize and manage local program libraries to ensure content is easy to find, up to date and accessible 

  • Plan and drive cross-functional programs across multiple deliverables, communication, and logistics

Develop compelling content that equips field teams to effectively articulate CrowdStrike’s value proposition

  • Partner with SMEs to create high-impact training materials, playbooks, and battle cards

  • Translate complex product information into compelling sales narratives

  • Maintain a centralized repository of up-to-date enablement resources 

  • Work alongside Directors to ensure material addresses common learning objectives 

Foster strategic partnerships across departments to ensure field teams have the latest information and tools

  • Coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions for global field directors 

  • Track feedback, session times, dates, and attendance in order to to enhance field performance 

  • Work with various cross-functional teams to align field messaging with campaign strategies 

  • Coordinate with sales leadership to address and identify gaps 

  • Align with leadership on strategy and focus areas and achieve buy-in around execution

What You’ll Need:

  • Degree: Bachelor's or Masters’ degree or equivalent experience.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional and engaging interpersonal communication style that transverses the virtual world. Must maintain high responsiveness to stakeholder communications across multiple channels, demonstrating commitment to timely engagement and resolution of field inquiries regardless of standard business hours 

  • Program Management Experience: 2+ years experience in SaaS or technology - a sales or sales enablement background is preferred

  • Flexibility: must demonstrate schedule flexibility to accommodate global business operations, including availability for early morning and evening meetings to support cross-regional collaboration and field team requirements

  • Influencer & Change Agent: A high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities; Comfortable engaging with and communicating at all levels – must be able to conduct needs assessments with sales executive leadership and assess sales skills at an individual level and feedback to managers

  • Ability to align and influence others, establish direction, achieve consensus and execute.

  • Ability to navigate large and complex organizations and business units

  • A strategic, entrepreneurial, and outcome-oriented mindset.

  • Personal drive:  Effective time manager, capable of managing program timelines, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies 

  • Travel:  Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally on an as-needed basis

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with designing and implementing programs at a global level, familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design

  • Familiarity with software such as SFDC, Asana, G-Suite

  • Experience using cutting edge enablement platforms with mobile learning, experiential learning, gamification, and robust tracking and reporting features.

  • Sales Methodology & Certifications: Recognized capabilities, certifications, and qualifications in leading sales methodologies, coaching frameworks and MEDDPICC.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
