Job Title: Network Planner-2
Reports To: Manager, Network Planning
Location: Dallas, Texas
Business Unit Description: Supply Chain
Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: The Network Planner II is responsible for managing and optimizing key areas of the supply chain network by ensuring effective product flow, inventory positioning, and service levels. This role owns end-to-end planning activities within assigned product families or business segments and is expected to make data-driven decisions to balance demand and supply. The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to identify and drive improvements within the network. The ideal candidate will have experience with supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP, etc.), demonstrate solid business acumen, and be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with moderate complexity
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels across assigned areas of the network to ensure service levels and availability. Analyze inventory positioning and execute actions to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and disruptions to the network, such as demand variability, supply constraints, or logistics challenges, and execute mitigation actions in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure alignment and execution of network planning activities.
- Process Ownership & Execution: Own and execute key network planning processes (such as inventory balancing, backorder management, and rebalancing strategies) within assigned scope, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to support planning decisions and generate insights on network performance, projections, and key metrics. Provide regular updates on risks and opportunities.
- Network Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve network performance, including inventory positioning and flow optimization, and support implementation of improvements.
- Performance Management: Monitor performance against key metrics such as service levels, inventory, and backorders within assigned scope. Identify gaps and support execution of actions to achieve targets.
- Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- +2 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning or a similar role
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Planner, with expertise in Supply Planning/Master Scheduling or Network Planning.
- Experience with advanced supply chain planning tools such as Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent systems.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- Required to be in office 3 days week in the Enovis Lewisville headquarters.

- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives within a supply chain environment.
- Ability to balance priorities and support decision-making across service, cost, and inventory trade-offs.
Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP are preferred.
