GQ OPS Lab Technician

As a Global Quality (GQ) Operations Technician, you will support package qualification and reliability operations by executing test processes, assisting engineers, and ensuring adherence to operational, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Execute reliability tests such as Temperature Cycling, HAST/UHAST, HTS and THS following OCAP and procedures.
• Perform electrical testing for reliability samples according to defined procedures.
• Review data and verify recipe setup to meet qualification requirements.
• Complete training and certification for reliability test processes.
• Collaborate with GQ Ops Planner on lab operations, qualification planning, and scheduling.
• Work with GQ Ops Engineers and PackRel Engineers for data collection and technical requirements.
• Follow all safety procedures and area work rules.
• Maintain laboratory 6S standards.
• Support additional tasks assigned by engineers or management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in normal shift or rotating 12-hour shift.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, including email communication.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or production is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and reliability processes is preferred.
• Strong team player with ability to lead operators when required.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MAM tracking system, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel is an added advantage.
• Able to use AI tools and leveraging AI to support lab operation.Able to use AI tools and leverage AI to support lab operations.
