NELSON is seeking a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to support and elevate our Marketing team. This role is responsible for owning and evolving the firm’s marketing collateral and client-facing visual communications, including social media and web site graphics, brand communications, and proposal and presentation templates.

We’re looking for a designer who can translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual solutions while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints. This individual will play an active role in shaping and advancing NELSON’s visual identity, ensuring materials and templates are continuously updated to reflect the brand’s evolving look and feel.

In addition to day-to-day marketing support, the Graphic Designer will be engaged in high-value pursuits and special projects, providing creative direction and oversight for proposal responses and key client deliverables. Creativity and proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) are required. Multimedia experience (e.g., motion graphics in After Effects, web/UX design) is preferred but not required. While the primary focus is supporting the in-house Marketing team, there may be occasional opportunities to contribute to Environmental Graphic Design (EGD) initiatives for those with an interest in that area.
