What Creative Services contributes to Cardinal Health
Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.
Creative Services is responsible for the conception, design and production of creative projects and programs from intake through delivery. These projects support marketing communication goals for the business.

We are looking for a dynamic and digitally focused Social Media Designer & Video Content Creator to develop engaging, platform-specific content across social and digital channels for our Advanced Diabetes Supply (ADS), US Medical Supply (US MED), and Edgepark brands – Cardinal Health companies. This role will specialize in social-first creative, including ads, banners, and video content, helping bring brands to life through motion, storytelling, and performance-driven design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact social media content, including:
    • Paid and organic ads
    • Static and animated banners
    • Short-form video content (e.g., reels, promos, explainers)
  • Concept, shoot, and edit video content aligned to brand strategy
  • Design for performance, optimizing content for engagement and conversion
  • Translate brand voice and messaging into compelling digital experiences across multiple brands
  • Stay current on social media trends, formats, and platform best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns quickly and effectively
  • Manage multiple content streams and turn around assets on tight deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Film, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first design and video work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools)
  • Experience creating content for major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Understanding of motion graphics, pacing, and storytelling for digital audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with video production
  • Familiarity with analytics-driven content optimization
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
