About Orderly Wellness

Orderly Wellness is building a better, more supportive healthcare experience - one that’s fast, reliable, and designed with people in mind. As a fully remote company, we’ve grown quickly by combining thoughtful technology with compassionate service, helping tens of thousands of patients get the care and medication they need, without the hassle.

We’re a collaborative, mission-driven team working across the U.S. (and beyond!) to improve access to care at scale. With over 100 customer support agents, six pharmacy partners, and a 50-state clinical network, we’re scaling fast, and looking for curious, kind, and solutions-oriented people to grow with us.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, conceptually strong Graphic Designer with deep expertise in print design to support our growing healthcare businesses. This role is instrumental in shaping the visual presence of our brands across physical touchpoints.

The ideal candidate combines creative excellence with strong production skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to translate complex healthcare information into clear, accessible visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Print & Production Design

  • Design and produce high-quality print assets including brochures, patient education materials, displays, and partner toolkits.
  • Own layout, typography, color accuracy, and print-ready file preparation across all materials.
  • Build and maintain a scalable library of templates for partner use.
  • Collaborate with print vendors to ensure fidelity, accuracy, and quality through proofing and production.

Brand & Visual Communication

  • Ensure brand consistency across all print deliverables for both partner-facing and consumer-facing materials.
  • Translate healthcare concepts, product features, and clinical information into clear, visually engaging communication.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity system, particularly as it applies to print formats (iconography, illustration, layout systems).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Business Units, Operations, and Sales teams to understand needs and create materials that support the various business initiatives.
  • Participate in creative briefing, testing, and brainstorming
  • Support B2B partners by designing co-branded assets tailored to their audiences.

Process & Workflow

  • Manage multiple projects across business units simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Maintain version control, ensure accuracy of regulated information, and follow approval workflows.

Identify opportunities to streamline design and production processes

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on print design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva and familiarity with print production tools and workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience designing materials for regulated, complex, or information-dense industries (healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Strong typography, layout, and information-design skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing high-quality and engaging print work, ideally including brochures, point of sale and instructional materials.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-design stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy—especially important in healthcare contexts.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Paid Time off : 20 days annually, plus company holidays.
  • Medical Benefits : Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage
  • Retirement : 401K with company matching

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
