We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing compelling visual content across digital and print channels, maintaining brand consistency, and translating ideas, concepts, and business objectives into effective visual communications.

The ideal candidate has strong design skills, excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding of branding and typography, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create original graphics, layouts, illustrations, and visual concepts for digital and print materials.
  • Develop marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Design website graphics, landing-page assets, banners, digital advertisements, and other online content.
  • Create engaging social media graphics and visual assets consistent with the company's brand identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, sales, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Translate creative briefs and business requirements into effective design concepts.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, design systems, and visual standards.
  • Ensure consistency in colors, typography, imagery, layouts, and overall brand presentation.
  • Prepare final artwork for digital publication and professional printing.
  • Review designs for accuracy, quality, alignment, spacing, typography, and brand compliance.
  • Edit and retouch photographs and other visual assets when necessary.
  • Create presentations, infographics, charts, diagrams, and other visual communications.
  • Assist with photography, video graphics, motion graphics, or basic animation when required.
  • Research current design trends, visual styles, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Present design concepts and creative ideas to internal stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, assets, and project documentation.
  • Work with external printers, vendors, photographers, illustrators, and other creative partners as needed.
  • Ensure all final creative materials meet technical specifications and accessibility standards.
  • Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, product launches, events, and other company initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience; experience requirements may vary depending on level.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work.
  • Proficiency with professional design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print media.
  • Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to understand creative briefs and translate concepts into finished designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of file formats, image resolution, color modes, printing processes, and digital production requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Figma, Canva, Sketch, or other modern design and collaboration tools.
  • Experience with UI/UX design or digital product design.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
  • Experience creating designs for social media platforms and digital advertising.
  • Experience with photography, photo editing, or illustration.
  • Experience working with established brand guidelines or developing brand identities.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience using AI-assisted creative and design tools.
