About the Role
Our Marketing tea m drives storytelling a cross digit al, social, and event channels, blending creativity with business impact. We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to elevate our brand through compelling visuals-spanning static, motion, and video content. As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in the market. You'll collaborate across the marketing, brand, and product teams to deliver high-impact designs-everything from campaign graphics to product demo visuals to filmed interview clips. This role is ideal for a designer with solid video editing skills and an eye for design consistency, who's excited to bring both still and moving visuals to life.
Key Responsibilities
Social + Digital Content
  • Create high-quality social graphics, GIFs, carousels, and short-form videos
  • Design for both professional and playful brand expressions
  • Use Canva for agile design needs, ensuring alignment with brand standards

Video Production + Motion Graphics
  • Assist with light video production, including setting up basic interview-style shoots or capturing b-roll (on-site or remote, depending on setup)
  • Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent tools)
  • Add lower thirds, title cards, transitions, and product callouts to support demo and promotional video content
  • Animate visual elements for event screens, digital signage, and social posts
  • Capture and cut together short, engaging video segments for campaigns or internal use

Print + Event Design
  • Design print-ready materials including fliers, pull-up banners, conference booths, and signage
  • Create eye-catching swag designs (stickers, postcards, etc.) for events
  • Prepare files for international and domestic printers using Adobe Illustrator

Digital Assets
  • Design digital banners, email graphics, hero images, and portal assets
  • Support event portals and website visuals with custom graphics and layouts
  • Create and refine branded PowerPoint templates and PathFactory visuals
  • Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint; Figma a plus

Marketing Collateral
  • Own layout and design of marketing documents: eBooks, whitepapers, briefs, and partner content
  • Work in Adobe InDesign to develop clean, consistent, on-brand collateral

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house marketing preferred)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating strong design skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, optional After Effects) , Canva, and PowerPoint
  • Strong visual storytelling and typography skills, with an understanding of marketing goals
  • Comfortable working within large brand systems and guidelines across sub-brands (e.g., podcasts, employee resource groups, etc. )
  • Basic knowledge of filming setups (camera, lighting, audio) a plus
  • Experience creating content for international audiences (multilingual assets, metric/US formats) a plus
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools a plus

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
