Essential Responsibilities:

Website Design & UX:

  • Elevate styles and treatments with fresh ideas.

  • Implement UX improvements to optimize usability, engagement, and conversion.

  • Design marketing-focused landing pages to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

  • Execute UI/visual design for web, email, landing pages, and other digital assets.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Digital & Print Marketing Assets:

  • Create digital and print marketing assets, including email and social graphics, 1-pagers, presentations, and other collateral.

  • Contribute to branding projects, iconography, and illustration work.

  • Support annual expo design needs during peak periods, including large-scale signage, trade show booths, and event collateral.

Brand & Strategic Collaboration:

  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital and print.

  • Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, marketing, design, development, and other teams for cohesive execution.

  • Bring strategic, marketing, and user-centered thinking to all design decisions.

  • Iterate designs using stakeholder and research feedback to continually enhance results.

Qualities We’re Looking For:

  • Curiosity: Driven to understand the “why” behind every project; proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in ambiguity.

  • Analyze: Able to explore complex challenges, identify gaps and opportunities, and simplify solutions.

  • Iterate: Proven track record of refining designs based on feedback and research.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect design decisions to marketing, business, and user/customer goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent professional experience with an Associate’s Degree and/or certified training).

  • 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused design (acquisition, upsell, conversion), web/UI/UX work, landing pages, and print projects.

  • Expertise in Figma (component libraries, asset optimization, collaboration).

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of web and email design fundamentals, responsive design, and UX best practices.

  • Experience working with design systems (building them is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Proven project management skills, able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines with transparent communication.

  • Ability to deliver high-quality, creative designs within constraints.
