NetEase is looking for an experienced Accounting and Finance Specialist contractor to join our team in Singapore until December 2025. The ideal candidate will work closely with the International Finance department and management to perform daily financial operations activities as well as identify areas for process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and review the expense reimbursements of the Singapore game business;
  • Book payments and other accounting journal entries in the Oracle system, both for sub-ledger and general ledger;
  • Prepare the breakdown summary of operating expenses and costs, analysis for accounts payable balance, accrual table for capital expenditures and other subjects;
  • Assist with monthly closing and submit required financial information to NetEase Group on time according to the reporting requirements of NetEase Group;
  • Identify areas of improvements and implement improvements to processes.
  • Assists with other tasks assigned in the scope of an accountant.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of work experience in corporate accounting, account payable section, general ledger, etc.;
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, financial management or auditing is preferred;
  • Familiar with accounting standards and relevant laws and regulations;
  • Use English as the daily working language, with Chinese communication ability preferred, and be flexible to cross-time zone communication and work cooperation;
  • Able to work under pressure, with good self-motivation and a sense of responsibility.
