We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead the Purchase Journey team within our eCommerce portfolio. This role owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for key buying experiences, including cart, checkout, order history, and lists.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver seamless digital experiences that delight athletes and drive business growth. In this highly visible role, you’ll influence strategy, mentor product managers, and ensure our technology delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Communication

  • Define and communicate a cohesive product strategy and roadmap across multiple teams.

  • Provide executive-level updates on progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.

Planning & Prioritization

  • Align investments and capacity with portfolio goals.

  • Enable teams to deliver against roadmaps and commitments.

Leadership & People Management

  • Manage up to six product managers and foster career growth.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while creating a people-first culture.

Feedback & Alignment

  • Create forums for feedback and resolve conflicts quickly to minimize churn.

Execution Oversight

  • Support teams in delivering features, mitigating risks, and managing dependencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10-15 years of experience, including 10 - 12 years of ecommerce or relevant experience, prefer product management or digital strategy with retail, mobile or enterprise commerce platforms.

Targeted Pay Range: $114,300.00 - $190,500.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
