The Team You’ll Work With

As an Account Executive on Carta’s Growth Team, you will be responsible for selling all of Carta’s product suite to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. As our customers’ needs expand, you will be responsible for educating them on Carta’s cap table solutions, tax product, and compensation product. This team is hyper-focused on the health and growth of these valuable customers, and is purely dedicated to their success.

The Problems You’ll Solve 
  • Become a trusted advisor; develop consultative relationships with assigned territory of customers by delivering value, sharing best practices and acting as the voice of customer internally
  • Drive product adoption and usage of Carta throughout the customer journey
  • Achieve monthly expansion and upsell targets forecast for Corporations business unit
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities through customer interactions, and develop a  specific strategy to align with customer business objectives

By new products to our existing base of Carta cap table customers, you will be contributing directly to the expansion of our business and the growth of our customers.  

About You

We’re looking for someone highly focused, customer-centric, who knows how to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive revenue targets.  Cross-team collaboration and communication is critical to success in the role, as well as efficient time management. In addition, we’re prioritizing: 

  • Strong emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota 
  • 2-4 years of prior experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience using Salesforce 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
  • Self-starter, humble, and adaptable to change
Salary

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: 
 

$195,000 OTE in SF and NY

Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
