About Statsig

Statsig is on a mission to revolutionize how software is built, tested, and scaled.

Thousands of companies—including OpenAI, Microsoft, Atlassian, Notion, Bloomberg, Brex, Vercel, and Rippling —rely on Statsig to understand their product and find new ways to grow. We're not just building a better analytics or experimentation tool - we're changing the way products are built, so that every company can have a distributed, data-based product culture.

Backed by Sequoia Capital and Madrona Venture Group, Statsig has grown rapidly, surpassing key revenue milestones and becoming the platform of choice for leading product teams across the world.

About the Team

Statsig has blazed through revenue milestones, and with the recent addition of a CRO, we're entering true "growth" mode - with an eye on how to scale from ~$25M in ARR (our last public revenue number) to $100M+ in the next few years.

We're looking for a Growth Associate to work across all GTM functions in order to accelerate our growth, by running campaigns, developing GTM strategy, leading high-impact projects, and more!

What You’ll Do

This role will work across all go-to-market functions (sales, marketing, product, account management) to accelerate the growth of our business. This is an ideal role for someone looking to understand the “distribution” side of a startup, through experience at a hypergrowth SaaS company.

This role is available for full-time hires, or externs / secondees.

Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features.

  • Analyze GTM performance data to optimize campaigns and system outcomes.

  • Conduct customer and market research to inform product roadmaps and competitive positioning.

  • Design and implement processes that improve GTM scalability and efficiency.

Growth

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to identify and unlock growth levers.

  • Spearhead top-of-funnel strategies, including partnerships and outbound initiatives.

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns, including content strategies and brand initiatives.

Sales Support

  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and inform decisions.

  • Develop sales enablement resources to accelerate deal velocity and improve team performance.

Other Projects

  • Own and execute high-impact projects across any GTM area that contribute to revenue growth.

Who You Are

Statsig is looking for a smart, driven generalist with a hunger to learn and make an impact at a growth-stage startup. The ideal candidate has:

  • 2–4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or a similarly high-intensity generalist role

  • A proven track record of driving successful cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders

  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; experience with Excel and data manipulation is required

  • A “systems” orientation, with experience designing and implementing scalable processes

  • Genuine interest in understanding and mastering the "distribution" / GTM side of startups

Bonus Skills (nice to have, but not required):

  • Familiarity with technical concepts like SQL, coding, or experimentation

  • Experience in product management or working on strategy projects for tech companies

Reporting Lines

This role will report to Skye Scofield, Statsig’s Head of Marketing & Operations (former Bain), and will work directly with Statsig’s leadership team, including the CEO, CRO, Head of Sales, and Head of Product.

Compensation

Total compensation will be competitive with top-tier consulting firms (MBB) for candidates with equivalent experience.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
