This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Growth Marketer to join their team full-time in a 100% remote role. They operate in the consumer goods and e-commerce space and have achieved strong direct-to-consumer growth in recent years by building a performance-driven, creative-first marketing engine.

This is a hands-on growth role, not an agency-management or strategy-only position. The Growth Marketer will fully own DTC revenue performance, manage paid media execution directly, and be accountable for scaling revenue through data-led decisions. This role reports directly to the Founder and works closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of e-commerce revenue growth and profitability.

  • Set, track, and report weekly and monthly DTC revenue targets.

  • Manage channel efficiency, attribution, and performance reporting.

  • Make fast, data-backed decisions focused on outcomes, not opinions.

  • Own paid media execution with a primary focus on Meta Ads.

  • Build, manage, and optimize Meta ad account structures daily.

  • Test, iterate, and scale creative angles, audiences, offers, and formats.

  • Work closely with content creators to align performance insights with creative production.

  • Maintain a strong and consistent creative testing pipeline.

  • Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming initiatives on a weekly basis.

  • Analyze and improve website conversion rates.

  • Optimize product detail pages, merchandising, and on-site funnels.

  • Build and launch landing pages, new products, and collections.

  • Audit and improve email and SMS flows, coordinating with external specialists when needed.

  • Produce clear performance reports that guide creative and growth decisions.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience scaling US-based DTC brands, ideally from mid-seven to eight figures.

  • Deep hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta ad accounts directly.

  • Strong understanding of attribution, CAC, LTV, and MER metrics.

  • Proven ability to balance short-term revenue growth with long-term brand health.

  • Comfort being accountable for revenue performance and growth outcomes.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Full-time availability and readiness to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Commercially minded with strong revenue ownership instincts.

  • Fast-moving, pragmatic, and execution-focused.

  • Data-literate without falling into analysis paralysis.

  • Creative problem-solver with a testing-first mindset.

  • Comfortable working in founder-led, high-growth environments.

  • High accountability and ownership mentality.

Benefits
  • Full-time position.

  • 100% remote work.

  • Direct exposure to company leadership and decision-making.

  • Opportunity to scale a fast-growing consumer brand.

  • Long-term growth and professional development.

  • Performance-driven culture that values ownership and results.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

    Key Facts About Seattle Tech

    • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
    • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
    • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
    • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
    • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
    • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
