Our client is looking for a part-time Growth Marketer to help scale their community, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate subscriber and revenue growth. Over the past few years, they have built a meaningful digital brand that inspires working parents through authentic content, creativity, and innovation — transforming challenges into opportunities for balance and growth.

This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on digital marketer who thrives on experimentation, loves building systems that work, and has a genuine passion for growth. The Growth Marketer will take ownership of content strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization to drive measurable engagement, conversions, and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a content cadence across multiple channels, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.

  • Create, edit, and repurpose social media content that resonates with audiences and has the potential to go viral.

  • Design and optimize email campaigns, building automations and sequences that convert followers into subscribers.

  • Build and refine landing pages, funnels, and lead magnets to enhance conversion rates and list growth.

  • Test and iterate on content formats, copy, and visual strategies to improve reach and engagement.

  • Set up systems for tracking and analyzing campaign performance, reporting insights, and making data-driven adjustments.

  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, web, partnerships, etc.).

  • Collaborate directly with leadership to develop creative growth strategies and new product ideas.

  • Identify partnership opportunities that drive meaningful growth — focusing on audience quality over vanity metrics.

  • Use AI and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance marketing output.

  • Support brand consistency and storytelling across all marketing initiatives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, growth, or content strategy (preferably in a startup or creative environment).

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.

  • Proficiency with tools like ConvertKit (or Kit), Substack, LinkedIn, Notion, Descript, and Canva.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing decisions.

  • Excellent written communication skills and a flair for engaging, on-brand copy.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, tactics, and formats.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of funnels, conversions, and customer acquisition.

  • Experience creating and managing multi-channel campaigns (social, email, and web).

  • Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, automation, and testing.

  • Self-starter who works well independently in an asynchronous, flexible work environment.

  • Strategic thinker who balances creativity with structure and results.

Benefits
  • Part-time, 100% remote position.

  • Flexible schedule with asynchronous collaboration.

  • Opportunity to shape the growth of a purpose-driven brand.

  • Creative autonomy to test, build, and scale new marketing strategies.

  • Long-term potential for expanded responsibilities and partnership as the business grows.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

    Key Facts About Seattle Tech

    • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
    • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
    • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
    • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
    • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
    • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
