Clipbook is looking for driven full and part-time Growth Interns to join our team during the Summer of 2025.

This is a great opportunity to have a wide impact on the growth, marketing, and revenue generation strategy at Clipbook.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with outreach to potential clients, building relationships with clients and partners, and growing Clipbook’s brand.

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for rapid execution, business development, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the growth team in identifying and researching potential leads.
  • Assist with outbound outreach efforts via email, calling, and marketing.
  • Aid with operational tasks and administrative management (managing a CRM, organizing lead information, and overseeing scheduling).
  • Track performance metrics and assist in reporting progress toward goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and refine outreach strategies.
  • Help develop and implement social media strategies to engage with influential PR and communications leaders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in coordinating and setting up engaging webinars and events, ensuring seamless execution and contributing to the delivery of impactful experiences for attendees.
  • Learn to engage with a variety of client types, including campaigns, nonprofits, advocacy groups, government agencies, communications firms, and Fortune 500 enterprises.

Required Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent hustle; communication skills, and energy.
  • Basic familiarity with sales CRM or similar tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo.io, etc.) or willingness to learn.
  • Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution-focused startup.
  • Enrolled in an accredited institution or recent graduate at the time of applying.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with the communications, public affairs, or PR space is a plus; familiarity with the political, non-profit, advocacy, or government space also a plus.

  • Some travel for key industry conferences and events.
