You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage MarTech infrastructure, including A/B testing tools and tracking implementations, ensuring smooth operations and measurable business outcomes. • Analyze acquisition tactic performance and leverage web, app, and media analytics to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Partner with MarTech and Engineering teams to ensure optimal tracking implementation and tool integration for marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to measure business objective performance and communicate key learnings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by managing website content updates, change requests, and issue resolution for critical MarTech tools like Contentful and Optimizely.

At a minimum, we would like you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of Digital/Growth Marketing experience, including leading A/B testing and optimization programs on high-traffic, direct-to-consumer websites and portals.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Optimize, Test and Target) and experiment configuration.
  • Experience using SQL and Python for data analysis, dashboard creation, and building data pipelines.

It's preferred if you have:

  • Experience defining end-to-end growth strategies and running high-scale acquisition programs for a B2C product.
  • Direct experience using written and verbal communication to convey technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
