We’re looking for a Creative Content Marketing Manager, part creator, part growth thinker, and deeply hands-on, to shape how our brand shows up in the world.

This role sits at the intersection of content creation, thought leadership, and creative growth campaigns. You’ll own the development of compelling, modern content across LinkedIn, social, newsletters, and the website, while also building bigger creative activations and campaigns that spark attention and demand.

You’ll think like a growth hacker and create like a storyteller, turning insights, trends, and POVs into standout content and campaigns. From executive thought leadership and social-first storytelling to creative growth experiments and brand moments, you’ll help define a content engine that feels intentional, human, and impossible to ignore.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll report to the Head of Demand Gen and work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, and our executive team to bring ideas to life, not just on slides, but in the wild.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create and execute standout content and campaigns. Own creative content initiatives end-to-end, from social-first storytelling and LinkedIn content to integrated campaigns and brand moments that drive engagement and demand.
  • Produce high-quality written content including LinkedIn posts, social copy, newsletters, landing pages, campaign messaging, executive POVs, and creative briefs.
  • Build and manage executive thought leadership programs. Partner closely with executives and advisors to translate their expertise into compelling content, especially on LinkedIn, positioning them as credible, modern voices in the industry.
  • Own the production and rollout of content. Work with design, video, product marketing, to concept, brief, and ship content across formats: social posts, video, email series, interactive web content, mini-campaigns, and activations.
  • Turn insights into creative opportunities. Use audience signals, buying intent, cultural moments, and trend data to inspire new content formats, creative hooks, and growth-style experiments.
  • Specialize in social, especially LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. Build a strong, differentiated presence through consistent, creative, and thoughtful content that earns attention and engagement.
  • Collaborate to make ideas real. Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and leadership to turn GTM initiatives into creative campaigns that actually ship.
  • Inject creativity into growth campaigns. Support paid and organic growth efforts by developing the creative angles, narratives, and concepts, not just managing execution.
  • Keep the brand feeling alive. Ensure our content and storytelling stay modern, cohesive, and intentional, constantly testing, learning, and evolving what resonates.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, creative marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in a fast-moving B2B or startup environment where you owned work end-to-end.
  • Strong content creation and writing skills. You know how to turn ideas into clear, compelling content, from social posts to long-form narratives.
  • Experience with social-first storytelling, especially LinkedIn. You understand how to create content that feels native, thoughtful, and engaging on social.
  • Comfort working with executives or senior leaders to shape POVs, thought leadership, and outward-facing content.
  • Hands-on execution mindset. You don’t just ideate, you write, coordinate, ship, and iterate.
  • Creative instincts with a growth lens. You’re excited by experimentation, content formats, and campaigns that drive attention and impact.
  • Fluency with modern content and growth tools. Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms. Bonus for AI writing or creative automation tools.
  • Curious and self-starting. You spot opportunities, chase ideas, and move work forward without needing heavy direction.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. You’re energized by building things from scratch and adapting as you go.
  • Motivated by impact. You want to help shape a modern content engine where creativity, storytelling, and growth come together to drive real business results.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
