The Role

We’re looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager, SEM who is passionate about driving efficient new customer acquisition through paid search channels. The ideal candidate is experienced in testing and scaling paid search campaigns to meet acquisition targets while supporting long-term growth. As the manager of the channel, you will lead and optimize our paid search strategy across the entire Google (and Bing) ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in growth marketing, with deep expertise on paid search. This individual must be comfortable with managing the day to day of the channel, analyzing performance data, reporting on KPIs and delivering actionable insights that drive strategy forward.

What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Lead the planning, execution, optimizations, budget pacing and reporting across paid search platforms
  • Continuously analyze, experiment, and iterate to scale campaigns and maintain performance
  • Develop a data-driven testing roadmap to drive improvements in campaign performance through ad copy and bid strategy testing, quality score improvement, keyword expansion, product feed optimization, landing page testing, and more
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly paid search KPI and financial reporting
  • Interpret trends and make recommendations based on CAC, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV, impression share and click share
  • Establish a feedback loop with key internal stakeholders, sharing keyword insights and search trends that inform broader business strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, E-commerce, Product) to optimize the entire paid search user journey, from ad copy to landing page experience
  • Stay on top of industry trends and make sure our paid search program reflect the most up to date best practices

What You Bring To The Role

  • 4+ years of experience in SEM, in-house or at a top-tier performance marketing agency
  • A proven track record of building and scaling paid search programs, preferably for high-growth ecommerce or DTC companies– bonus for experience in digital health
  • Experience working directly in Google and Bing Ads editor.
  • Expertise in analytics, testing methods (e.g. incrementality tests, A/B tests) and experience using BI tools including Sigma, Google Analytics or any other web analytics platforms
  • The ability to analyze large datasets in order to gain insights and provide confident recommendations; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • An analytical mindset and a collaborative, problem-solving approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Genuine curiosity about healthcare and sleep conditions

Compensation Range

$110,000-$130,000/yr. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s annual bonus plan. The target bonus opportunity is 15% of the base salary. 

The Company currently provides medical, vision, and dental insurance with 100% of the employee  medical, vision,   and   dental   premiums  covered   by   the   Company.  There is an option to participate in both a medical FSA and dependent care FSA. We offer a 401(k) plan, with fully matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary.  You will be eligible for Paid Time Off in accordance with the company’s policies. Our Seattle-based employees will receive commuter benefits.
