THE ROLE:

Growth Marketing Managers at Bamboo play a key role in leading client relationships and are responsible for managing multiple paid media channels, media strategy, campaign execution and performance analysis. Not only can our managers dive into the weeds with their deep channel and platform expertise, they can also speak to strategic growth initiatives and own creative testing strategies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Confidently and effectively leads client relationship and communications (i.e. weekly, monthly meetings and QBRs)
  •  Leads short and long term cross channel strategic planning for client growth programs.
  • Manages and leads paid media program through channel level strategies
  • Manages annual budgets of $3-$5million across two or more paid channels 
  • Runs multiple campaign types and proactively suggests optimizations to grow client programs;  can proactively flag channel expansion ideas, identify root cause of performance fluctuations and propose solutions. 
  • Owns creative strategy for paid social channels 
  • Provides support to account leadership on new client account audits, supports on new business pitches. 

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

  1. 3+ years working in paid media (agency experience preferred) with a focus on paid social channels;  expertise in Meta/Instagram required, experience with  LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter/X, preferred.
  2. A thorough knowledge of major platform capabilities that can be applied for different types of clients and campaigns  (ecomm, app, SAAS, etc).  
  3. A deep understanding of the analytics & measurement frameworks needed to develop campaign strategy that consistently improves client KPIs.
  4. Active certification in Facebook Blueprint 
  5. Experience managing multiple accounts or LOBS, $2M+ annual media budgets.
  6. Strong and engaging presentation skills, can assemble a polished deck and speak effectively to it in front of clients and partners.
  7. Communicates clearly with internal teams and clients, builds trust and rapport with main client POCs 
  8. Operates with a proactive, solution oriented approach and isn’t satisfied with doing the status quo for our clients. 
  9. Nice to have: Experience working with 3rd party analytics tools and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP)
