We are building the platform and profession that will equip a million marketers to lead the next chapter of marketing, where creativity and intelligent systems work together and quality becomes the strategy that lasts.

AirOps is backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, Founder Collective, XFund, Village Global, Alt Capital, and more than a dozen top marketing leaders, with hubs in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.

About the Role

AirOps is hiring a Growth Product Manager to own the product-led engine that brings content teams from first touch to early habit. You will map, measure, and improve the journey from discovery to activation to early retention, with a focus on delivering fast time-to-value and clear business outcomes in AI-driven search.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, marketing, and sales. You will define the growth strategy, build the experimentation program, and ship features that create repeatable loops across our insights, content operations, and publishing workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the acquisition, onboarding, and activation funnel for AirOps, targeting content leaders and teams across mid-market and enterprise.

  • Build and execute a product-led growth roadmap that balances quick wins with scalable bets tied to revenue impact.

  • Design and run experiments across signup, packaging, onboarding flows, templates, prompts, in-product education, and lifecycle messaging.

  • Create new growth loops such as shareable audit reports, scorecards, and template galleries that attract qualified teams and encourage word of mouth.

  • Work closely with Growth and Marketing on self-serve acquisition programs, content diagnostics, and AEO/SEO-friendly experiences that attract high-intent users.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to scope, deliver, and iterate quickly, maintaining a high bar for usability and reliability.

  • Align with Sales and Customer Success on trial-to-paid motions, PQL definitions, routing, and in-product moments that support sales-assisted conversions.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Product Management with 2+ years focused on growth or PLG in B2B SaaS.

  • Track record improving activation and early retention for complex products, ideally used by content, SEO, or editorial teams.

  • Proficiency in A/B testing and feature flagging tools such as Optimizely, Posthog, or Statsig.

  • Strong analytics skills, including comfort with SQL and product analytics platforms like Amplitude, Posthog, or Metabase.

  • Experience building onboarding systems, in-product guidance, and lifecycle programs that shorten time-to-value.

  • Familiarity with content operations, SEO, and AI search dynamics, including how teams identify content gaps and measure off-site and on-site impact.

  • Clear, concise communication and the ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership with data and narrative.

  • Fluency with modern prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Git.

  • Bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve with new insights.

Our Guiding Principles
  1. Extreme Ownership

  2. Quality

  3. Curiosity and Play

  4. Make Our Customers Heroes

  5. Respectful Candor

Benefits
  • Equity in a fast-growing startup

  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location

  • Flexible time off policy

  • Parental Leave

  • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
