The Role:

We’re looking for a senior Growth Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our entire growth stack. Every loop from acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You’ll own our growth strategy, and experimentation roadmap partnering closely with Marketing, UX, Data Science and Engineering to build an exceptional experience that leverages our powerful PLG engine to help optimize growth for an AI-native product. 

Our ideal candidate loves defining and measuring metrics, a relentless optimizer, and understands how to leverage growth strategies and tactics for AI native products. 

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives, experiments, and features that improve acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization

  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests, funnel tests, multi-variant experiments, and user segmentation experiments

  • Identify key growth bottlenecks via funnel analysis, cohort analysis, user behavior analytics, qualitative research, and hypothesis generation

  • Collaborate with marketing and comms coordinate acquisition channels (paid, organic, referral, partnerships) with in-product hooks

  • Partner closely with UX/UI designers and front / back end engineers to build intuitive, high-quality growth surfaces (onboarding flows, upsells, notifications, recommendation engines, etc.)

  • Translate customer feedback, user interviews, and usability testing into product requirements and priorities

  • Define and monitor guardrail metrics to ensure we grow responsibly (e.g. quality, retention, engagement)

  • Build roadmaps for growth initiatives, and communicate tradeoffs and data-driven decisions to stakeholders

  • Track and report on key growth metrics and reflect learnings in product iterations

  • Ensure smooth rollouts, monitor performance, and iterate quickly

Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years in product management in a growth related role

  • Experience with consumer or SaaS products (ideally with product-led growth or freemium model)

  • Deep data fluency — comfortable with analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker), SQL, funnel & cohort analysis

  • Strong sense of product craft — you understand UI/UX, can critique flows, care about simplicity, clarity of copy, reducing friction

  • Experience running and interpreting A/B / multivariate experiments and leveraging tools like Statsig 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead without formal authority

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and ability to synthesize complex findings into clear takeaways

  • Technical understanding of web and mobile apps, APIs, performance tradeoffs

  • Comfort in ambiguity, prioritization in resource constrained environments

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience with AI native product surfaces

  • Background in B2B/B2C hybrid models

  • Experience in fast scaling startups

  • Familiarity with growth frameworks (e.g. pirate metrics, growth loops, etc)

  • Exposure to machine learning, personalization, recommendation engines

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 - $160,000 plus equity and benefits. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer low deductible health plans, as well as flexible time away and family leave programs.
