Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

Nebius is seeking a GSI Director to build and scale strategic partnerships with leading Global Systems Integrators, centered on Nebius’s AI cloud and GPU infrastructure platform. The role is ideal for a technically fluent alliances leader from the cloud or infrastructure world who understands how GSIs structure practices, build offerings, and sell to enterprise customers.

Role overview

The GSI Director will build the global GSI program for Nebius, turning Nebius’s AI cloud, into repeatable, services-led offerings that GSIs can sell and deliver to their clients. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this leader will combine partner strategy, solution development, and day-to-day execution, working closely with sales, solution engineering, product, and marketing. Travel is expected for executive meetings, QBRs, and key industry or partner events.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and own the GSI partner framework, including segmentation, prioritization, and engagement model for top-tier GSIs.
  • Build senior and field-level relationships across GSI sales, cloud/infrastructure, AI/ML, and industry practices.
  • Translate Nebius’s GPU cloud and AI infrastructure into GSI-led solutions, reference architectures, and repeatable offerings.
  • Define commercial models (sell-with, resale, co-sell, managed service) and corresponding governance for each GSI.
  • Drive joint pipeline by mapping target accounts, running co-sell motions, and securing Nebius inclusion in GSI pursuits.
  • Enable GSI technical and sales teams on Nebius’s platform and create reusable solution accelerators and deployment blueprints.
  • Launch joint GTM initiatives with marketing, including campaigns, events, and thought leadership focused on AI infrastructure and AI cloud.
  • Track and report on GSI-influenced pipeline, revenue, and consumption, holding internal and partner stakeholders accountable.

Ideal profile

  • 8–12 years in cloud or infrastructure-focused partner management, GSI alliances, or consulting-led enterprise GTM.
  • Deep understanding of how GSIs build and run cloud, data, and AI practices, including sales cycles, delivery models, and incentives.
  • Experience at hyperscale, GPU/AI cloud, infrastructure provider, or cloud-native ISV working closely with GSIs is a plus
  • Strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS), Kubernetes, and AI/ML workloads on GPU platforms, with credibility with architects and practice leads.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling GSI partnerships that generate material, repeatable revenue and successful co-sell motions.
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, creating frameworks and playbooks from scratch.

Why Nebius

  • Opportunity to be the founding GSI partner lead for a high-growth AI infrastructure company.
  • Direct access to advanced AI builders and enterprise buyers through jointNebius–GSI engagements.
  • High visibility, executive sponsorship, and autonomy to design and execute a global GSI program with significant impact on Nebius’s growth

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
