Our mission is to engineer revenue outcomes for GTM Leaders on HubSpot.

Our purpose is to unlock latent potential for human flourishing.

About Us: At RevPartners, we believe exceptional businesses deserve exceptional revenue systems, and exceptional people deserve a place where they can do the best work of their careers.

We partner with ambitious organizations to solve complex go-to-market challenges through strategy, technology, and execution. By combining strategic thinking with technical excellence, we help our partners build scalable revenue engines that drive measurable business outcomes.
We're builders, problem solvers, and lifelong learners who believe great outcomes come from curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. If you're excited by meaningful challenges, continuous growth, and helping shape what's next, we'd love to meet you.

If you're energized by solving technical puzzles, designing scalable systems, and bringing go-to-market strategies to life, this role is for you.

Our GTM Engineers transform strategy into execution. Working alongside GTM Strategists, you'll design, build, and optimize the systems, automations, and data infrastructure that power modern revenue teams.

What You’ll Do

Some high-impact opportunities you'll tackle include:

  • Partner with GTM Strategists to translate business requirements, customer journeys, and GTM strategies into scalable technical solutions using HubSpot, Clay, and the modern GTM technology stack.
  • Design, build, and optimize workflows, automations, integrations, CRM architecture, and connected data systems that enable reliable, scalable partner growth.
  • Build and optimize enrichment, segmentation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle automation that enable scalable revenue operations.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical challenges, and continuously improve automation, data quality, governance and platform performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional specialists, including Paid Media, Content, and Delivery, to deliver cohesive solutions and exceptional partner outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of RevPartners methodologies, technical standards, best practices, and reusable solution frameworks as we continue to grow and innovate.

Success in this role isn't measured by the number of workflows you build; it's measured by the scalable systems and business outcomes your solutions enable.

This role is designed for an experienced GTM professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems, designing scalable systems, and translating business strategy into technical execution.

Typically, this includes 3-6 years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • You think in systems. You naturally see how data, processes, automations, and technology connect.
  • You build for scale. You prefer creating reusable, maintainable solutions over quick fixes.

  • You're collaborative. You enjoy partnering with Strategists and specialists to solve complex business challenges.
  • You're scrappy. You aren't afraid to dive into unfamiliar tools, troubleshoot issues, and keep moving forward.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
