At Weave, our mission is to evolve how therapeutic knowledge is captured, transformed, and communicated throughout drug development. We do this by equipping human experts with AI instruments to enable drugs to be brought to patients as rapidly, safely, and inexpensively as possible.
The Weave Platform streamlines regulatory workflows from start to finish by intelligently, creatively, and effectively infusing every step with AI. Together with our customers, Weave is designing and building the AI workbench for the entire therapeutic lifecycle.
Weave's AEs need a steady stream of warm, high-quality leads and right now we have a rare opportunity to build that engine from scratch, the right way. No patching legacy systems. No retrofitting bad habits. Just a clean slate and the mandate to build an AI-native lead generation foundation that actually scales.
This role sits within Marketing and partners closely with RevOps to make sure what we build connects cleanly to the sales pipeline. You're not inheriting someone else's mess – you're the architect.
What You'll Own- Design and build our agentic lead gen infrastructure from the ground up. This includes workflows, tooling, and automation logic.
- Source, enrich, and qualify leads at scale using AI tools, with a focus on warm, network-informed outreach.
- Work directly with AEs to understand what a "good lead" looks like, then systematize it.
- Build and iterate on multi-signal targeting models that identify the right buyers at the right time. Structure multi-channel campaigns around these targets and experiment relentlessly to optimize ORs, CTRs, and CPL.
- Own the feedback loop between lead quality and conversion. If the leads aren't moving down the funnel, you'll investigate why and fix it.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure clean data handoffs and CRM hygiene (HubSpot).
- Run structured test-and-learn experiments to continuously improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
- 5–8 years in a demand gen, growth, or marketing operations role with a strong technical edge
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Hubspot. You know how to build workflows, not just describe them. Tool experience is directional, not a checklist. If you've built serious lead gen infrastructure (or other type of predictable, reliable engine) with different tools and can ramp fast, we want to talk.
- Obsession with AI tools. You follow the space, you experiment, you have opinions and can advise our commercial org on trade-offs and best practices.
- Proven ability to build systems, not just run campaigns.
- Data-driven learning. You know how to measure your outcomes and make informed adjustments using data.
- Strong judgment about what makes a lead worth pursuing. You think like a seller, not just a marketer.
- Nice to have: experience selling into or marketing to life sciences, pharma, or biotech audiences
